How to disable Auto Licensing Problem You are not able to turn off Auto Licensing in the Admin console. Environment Admin console Solution Log in to the Admin console . Select Billing > Subscriptions > Add or upgrade a subscription . Select Cloud subscriptions and enable Cloud Identity free . Go back to the main Subscriptions page and select the Google Workspace edition. Click License settings and then turn off Auto Licensing . Cause Auto Licensing cannot be disabled because there's only 1 subscription active in the Admin console.
