 How to Install Windows 11 Without a Microsoft Account

 1. "choose a country" スクリーンが出るまでプロセスする。

2. Shift + F10 でコマンドプロンプトを起動

3. OOBE\BYPASSNRO とタイプしてインターネットコネクションを必須項目から外す。そうするとPCはすぐにリブートして元のスクリーンに戻ります。

4. Shift + F10 でコマンドプロンプトを起動して "ipconfig /release" をタイプしEnter

5. コマンドプロンプトを終了

6. そのままインストールのプロセスを続けると、Internet コネクションなしで設定できるオプションが現れます。
